We have specialised in online surveys for over a decade. Our collection programme is the UK’s largest: we conduct over 5 million lifestyle surveys annually. That’s almost 20% of UK households.

DLG and PDV have four main survey channels: telephone, web, email and mobile.

All data is verified in line with our Data Quality Management Programme.

DLG and PDV own dedicated call centres. Over 300 agents deliver around 500,000 new and updated leads every month. Every member on our database is contacted regularly for re-verification.

Online lifestyle surveys deliver a stream of around 425,000 leads every month. Response from online channels is immediate. That makes it simple to test questions and creative treatments to optimise campaign performance.


High quality volume leads

Some campaigns demand high volumes of certain types of prospect, for example, utility switchers, car buyers or insurance purchasers. DLG and PDV have extensive experience, generating precise, recent and qualified leads on behalf of our clients.
